There's no catch, this is simply our way of thanking you for choosing us for all of your vehicle servicing needs. Every customer is automatically enrolled!

Wrench Rewards members earn points automatically and thier point balance is automaticaly printed on every invoice.

Earning Rewards

Earn 5 Wrench Rewards Points for every dollar you spend with us.

(EX: Spend $20 in service and recieve 100 points)

Here are the rewards you can redeem points for:

Free Diagnostic ........................ 1,500 Points

Free Fluid Top off ..................... 2,000 Points

10% Discount on Parts ............. 4,000 Points

20% Service Discount ............ 10,000 Points

$25 Service Discount .............. 20,000 Points

50% Service Discount ............. 45,000 Points

Program Enrollment

The Service Rewards Program is open to any customer with valid mailing address on file.
Corporations or other legal entities cannot be enrolled as members.
Only one person may be enrolled per Service Record. An individual may have only one account and that must be in his/her legal name.
Membership is non-transferable.
Retroactive credit will not be given for services performed prior to enrollment.
Reward points are NOT transferable from one service record to another.

Earning Rewards Points

Service Rewards Points are accrued at a rate of 5 points for each dollar spent in parts and/or service work performed.
While we will make every attempt to provide accurate point credit, but it is the member's responsibility to retain necessary documents, such as service and/or parts invoices and/or receipts, which shall be provided to us in order for credit for un-issued credits to be applied to the service record.

Redeeming Rewards

All Reward Program awards must be redeemed through the invoicing system.
Awards have no cash value.
Award levels are subject to change at any time with or without notice.
Member is responsible for paying all applicable taxes for the received award.
Member must request to redeem Rewards Points prior to any billing and/or other negotiations.
Customers can view their rewards balance on every invoice. Periodic emails will be sent with updates on rewards points balance.
Members can request rewards point balance through our online contact form at anytime and point balances will be emailed to the customer with 72 business hours.
